Technical Director

Handiarto Hartono is a member of the Board of Directors and Technical Director with over 30 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing operations. With a strong background in electrical engineering, he provides executive leadership in technical governance, engineering standards, and manufacturing excellence.

As one of the founders of PT Indotek Mitra Kurnia, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term technical direction and operational framework. His leadership ensures disciplined engineering execution, operational reliability, and continuous improvement aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Emile Sugianto

Marketing Director

Emile Sugianto is a member of the Board of Directors with over 20 years of experience in industrial marketing and mechanical engineering. As one of the founders of PT Indotek Mitra Kurnia, he provides strategic oversight in market positioning, business development, and customer engagement to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

In his role as Marketing Director, he is responsible for defining corporate marketing strategy and strengthening client relationships across industrial sectors. His combined technical and commercial perspective supports informed decision-making at the board level and reinforces the company’s competitive positioning in the market.

Ray Franscisca

Management Representative

Ray is a senior executive with over 30 years of professional experience in quality management, operational leadership, and organizational development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and has developed a strong leadership background through her roles in multinational manufacturing organizations.

At PT. Indotek Mitra Kurnia, she serves as Management Representative with a primary focus on governance, and management system alignment. With extensive experience in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership, she plays a key role in strengthening organizational structure, developing talent, and reinforcing a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

An-Naqi

Head of Engineering Dept.

An-Naqi is the Head of the Engineering Department with over 14 years of experience in mechanical design, engineering development, and industrial automation. He’s providing a strong multidisciplinary foundation in mechanical and electrical systems.

At PT Indotek Mitra Kurnia, he leads engineering activities with a primary focus on machine design, technical development, and design standardization. With extensive expertise in tooling design, conveyor systems, special-purpose machinery, and engineering software, he plays a key role in delivering practical, reliable, and efficient engineering solutions that support manufacturing performance and project execution.

Gumilar

Head of Project Installation Dept.

Gumilar is the Head of the Installation Department with over 20 years of experience in industrial installation and on-site project execution. He has developed strong operational and leadership capabilities through long-term involvement since 1999.

At PT Indotek Mitra Kurnia, he leads installation activities with a primary focus on project execution, site coordination, and safety compliance. With extensive hands-on experience delivering installation projects for major industrial clients, including Honda Prospect Motor, Astra Daihatsu Motor, and Shell Marunda, and supported by K3 Safety Officer certification from the Ministry of Manpower, he plays a key role in ensuring installation works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical, quality, and operational standards.

Dudi Setiawan

Head of Production Department

Dudi is a professional with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, workshop management, and mechanical production processes. His career spans hands-on roles as a machine operator and technician, covering lathe operations, welding, machine assembly, and on-site installation, which has built a strong practical understanding of production workflows and mechanical systems.

He leads the Production Department as Workshop Head, overseeing production scheduling, technician coordination, and operational readiness. With extensive experience in conveyor manufacturing and custom machinery, he plays a key role in ensuring production quality, timely delivery, and effective coordination between internal teams and customers to support reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.

Faizal Rifkiansyah

Head of Electrical Divison

Faizal is the Head of the Electrical Department with over 9 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering and automation systems. He holds a technical background in Industrial Automation Engineering and has developed strong practical and supervisory capabilities through hands-on involvement in manufacturing operations and critical electrical systems.

He leads the Electrical Department with a primary focus on electrical system reliability, automation implementation, and equipment performance. With proven expertise in PLC and HMI programming, control panel systems, and machine commissioning, he plays a key role in supporting operational continuity, improving system efficiency, and ensuring safe, compliant, and sustainable electrical operations.

Turangga Jaya

System Support

Turangga Jaya is an engineering professional with over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry, supported by a solid foundation in basic mechanical systems. Beginning his career in hands-on technical roles, he has developed a strong understanding of workshop operations, drafting, and engineering support from both practical and design perspectives.

At PT Indotek Mitra Kurnia, he serves as part of the System Support, contributing to machine development and project coordination through a collaborative, solution-oriented approach that ensures engineering activities align with operational requirements, technical requirements, and quality standards.
